| Where has January gone? It's hard to believe it is going to be Febuary in a couple days. Right now I am at my parents house watching Abby. I don't get to see her very often and the parents are at Officers Councils and Ki and Chris have Teen Group tonight. So it's just Aunty Kel and Abby. Well as most of you know Cassidy and I have finally moved in to our apt. We've been there almost 2 weeks but really like it. I will have to post a few pictures so you can see. This weekend Cassidy is suppose to be going on a camping trip...She is so looking forward to going. Well due to the weather they are talking I was just told that it's not going to happen this weekend. They will be going a week from Friday. PLEASE PRAY FOR GOOD WEATHER..... | | |
| I hope everyone had a very Merry Christmas. Cassidy and I had a good day. I have to say one of the highlights was watching Abby. She is soo cute. She received a few Little Einstein books and sat there reading them. Alot of oohs and ahhhs. I wanted to laugh but it is kind of painful to... Last Saturday I ended up in the ER. Not a good day. I was getting ready to go to our Toy Shop to help with the distribution and I kind of had an accident so I went to the ER and got stitches in my face. It's been a bit of a painful week to talk or even laugh. Tomorrow morning I get them taken out. Cassidy had spent the night at a friends so she was trying to get a hold of me to see what was going on. Once I picked her up and she saw me she began helping me with everything. She was a huge help.... Today I am working on packing our stuff so I can do some work at the apartment. I hope everyone has a Great New Year..... | | |
| MOVING ON Cassidy and I have been living in VT with my parents for the past 13 months. You know how you get to the point where you know it is time to go...Well it's that time. I recently found out I was approved for an apt. When I got the call I was thrilled. Mom and I went to see the apt and I was excited but nervous. It's been so long since i've been on my own. I am so thankful for 2 loving parents that could put up with me for this long.. Mom and Dad thank you for all you have done for Cassidy and I... It means so much... I love you both... If you'd like to get our new address just let me know... We would love to hear from you.. Especially Cassidy..... By the way I'd like to wish my Mom a happy birthday... | Egg Head Crashes To Ground Unable To Get Back Up. Humpty Dumpty has come to Burlington, Vermont! He was exercising and went to Battery Park to rest. Humpty went on the swings. All of a sudden, CRASH! Humpty has fell off the swings and fell into a million pieces. The ambulance came and tried and tried to put him back together but it was just to hard. People tried to find out what happened and all of a sudden they found out that a mysterious extra terrestrial pushed Humpty over the wall causing him to fall into pieces. | It is hard to believe that summer has come and gone. It's been a busy one for sure. Cassidy was here, there and everywhere all summer. I worked. School started Aug 29th. My child is now in 6th grade. It's harder but she is doing fine so far. She likes it... Last night she wanted to talk to me.. She asked for my permission to stay after school and I was like why... Finally after 10 minutes or so she told me she wanted to go for Student Council. Today was the day they voted. Well after school she called me....... SHE MADE IT.... I was so proud of her. So things are going well. Still keep her in your prayers.. Things are going fine for me... Still working for the Army. I will be the Receptionist in maybe a week and 1/2. I'm nervous but I will do my best. Lately I've had a lot of things on my mind about a job/school. I've thought about taking classes at the college but I have a very hard time with tests. I've been working at the Army almost 1 year and I feel it's time for a change but it's not that easy. Please keep me in your prayers as well.... | | |
